Unveiling of a series of 1916 commemorative plaques<\/strong> throughout Co. Wexford.<\/td>\nCo. Wexford<\/td>\nMarch 2016<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1916 Stories\u00a0<\/strong>–\u00a0Events artist Michael Fortune has been commissioned to produce a new body of short films based on the personal and un-documented histories and stories of the 1916 Rising in Wexford. Many of these stories have been lost in the midst of time or only known by immediate relatives, however Michael is charged with the task of animating and bringing this new material to life for the 2016 Commemoration.<\/p>\n
